For orders under $25.00 in the continental U.S., the shipping cost will be applied based on the weight of the package. For orders weighing under 15.9 oz, we ship USPS First-Class which typically arrives within 3-5 business days. For orders over 15.9 oz, we ship either USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or UPS Ground (1-5 business days), depending on the weight and size of the package. Expedited shipping options will also be available at checkout for all orders at an additional cost. For areas outside of the continental U.S., the appropriate shipping will be added to the order. For international orders, please see "International Shipping Policy" below.
*Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to extra shipping charges depending on the size/weight of the products ordered. Most orders will still qualify for free shipping. All customers will be notified first of any extra charges.

Megavits ships order worldwide! For international orders, we use the United States Post Office International services. On average, this service takes approximately 1-3 business weeks for delivery depending on the location. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the weight/size of the package. The cost of each service will be available at the checkout. USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International are also available at an additional cost. These services are much quicker than First-Class International where Priority-Mail International usually takes 6-10 business days and Priority-Mail Express usually takes 3-5 business days. While these time-frames are both estimates, shipping transit times can vary via location. Both services also provide more accurate tracking information compared to First-Class International.
Most international packages ship within 48 hours after we receive your order. Due to the extra security steps needed to verify the address and credit card information, this time-frame can vary. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number is provided to you, please contact your local Post Office and/or Customs Office for updates on your tracking information. If your package is lost or being held at customs, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to assist you in retrieving the package.
