Since I  started taking these about 6 weeks ago,  I have felt so much better.  I feel like my food is actually digesting. I have had a terrible time with bloating for a very long time. That is GONE! As long as I take these (sometimes I take 2) I have normal healthy bowel movements. And I've not had those my entire life. Since I was a little girl I have had a terrible time with that. I also think it has helped me not have as many sugar cravings (although this time of year it's hard to tell). I didn't think these would make a difference,  cause nothing else had,  but gave it a shot,  and I am soooo glad I did. Thank you garden of life and megavits.
