NOW Brewer's Yeast is a dietary supplement and consists of a dried and inactive brewer's yeast, protein, and B-vitamins, comes with easy to swallow tablets, and is produced by cultivation of saccharomyces cerevisiae on malted barley in the production of beer. It goes thru a fermentation process, and after fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried, and debittered. NOW Brewer's Yeast is non-GMO, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and does not contain soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts ingredients, and is produced in a GMP facility.
