Now All-Purpose Flour is a natural flour, that is equivalent to one cup of wheat flour and can be substituted in one's recipes. This box is equal to three cups of conventional flour, and is designed to be used just like ordinary wheat flour. Now All-Purpose Flour contains White and Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Potato Flour, Cellulose, and includes Iron and protein. It does not contain gluten, GMO, corn, dairy, egg, soy, sugar, nuts, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or hydrogenated oils. Now All-Purpose Flour is low in sodium, is vegetarian, vegan, and kosher.

The iron in Now All-Purpose Flour may help to support the immune system, and may help with energy levels, hemoglobin formation, anemia, and aid in transporting oxygen to the body cells. Suggested Use:
