It provides 40 mg of standardized chicken cartilage with 10 mg total collagen, 80 mg of calcium from Aquamin, 250 mg of Aquamin whole plant seaweed derived minerals, is non-GMO, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and does not contain gluten, yeast, wheat, soy, milk, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut ingredients, and is produced in a GMP facility.
