NOW B-2, also known as riboflavin, is a dietary supplement and a water soluble vitamin, a member of the B-vitamin family, and an enzyme cofactor, that may help with the body's natural defense mechanism, and regeneration of glutathione. It provides 100 mg of riboflavin or vitamin B-2, is non-GMO, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, UL certified, and does not contain gluten, wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut ingredients, and is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients.

NOW B-2 has antioxidant properties, and may help with free radical protection.
