Arnica Montana, a plant native to mountainous areas of Europe and North America, has been used by herbalists for centuries. NOW Arnica Cooling Relief Gel contains 10% Arnica, and is gentle enough for daily use. It includes Vitamin K and the cooling action of natural mint oils, plus the calming scents of lavender and chamomile. NOW Arnica Cooling Relief Gel does not contain gluten, is paraben free, and is vegetarian and vegan.

NOW Arnica Cooling Relief Gel is mainly used as a topical anti-inflammatory treatment, and may help to reduce pain associated with muscles, joints, bruises, wounds, arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It may also help to relieve pain after surgery, post surgery swelling after arthroscopy, and for carpel tunnel syndrome.

NOW Arnica Cooling Relief Gel may help with skin health, and may be used for healing various skin disorders, like acne, eczema, and psoriasis. It may help with rashes, insect bites, chapped lips, irritated nostrils, and other irritations. NOW Arnica Cooling Relief Gel may also be used for the treatment for varicose veins, can be easily applied and absorbed on the skin, and is non-greasy or oily.     

Suggested Use:  

Apply desired amount of Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to tired, tense muscles. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed.  For external use only. Arnica can cause allergic dermatitis with extended use or in sensitive persons. Not to be used on open wounds or broken skin.
