It provides 10,000 IU or 3000 mcg of vitamin A as retinyl palmitate, 400 IU or 10 mcg of vitamin D-3 as cholecalciferol from lanolin, and includes organic extra virgin olive oil. NOW A & D is non-GMO, kosher, UL certified, and does not contain gluten, wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish ingredients, and is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients.
